Institutional Governance
The Board of Governance is responsible for the overarching governance of the Foundation on an ordinary and extraordinary basis, with the exception of the day-to-day management and duties attributed to the other governing bodies.

Faculty Senate
The Faculty Senate is the primary entity responsible for academic matters. It is composed of individuals who oversee the coordination and responsibilities of each academic division.
External Advisory Board
The External Advisory Board is comprised of accomplished individuals with backgrounds and interests and serves as an independent resource for providing a relevant voice of “real world” experience and perspectives.
