The Library

The American University of Florence library services advance the institution's mission by being an integral part of the learning and educational experience, providing students and faculty access to academic services and materials, infrastructure, and support promoting student success and encouraging life-long learning. The library offers easy access to diverse print, electronic, and media resources and fosters an educational environment enabling all members of the AUF community to analyze information needs, locate, evaluate and effectively use information resources. The library promotes intellectual freedom, the ethical use of information, and academic integrity in accordance with ACRL standards and guidelines.

The AUF library ensures access to online resources, such as the catalog and the JSTOR database, offering faculty
members and students the opportunity to deepen their academic research.

How do I get there?

The AUF library is located on the first floor of the Palazzo Bombicci Pontelli Guicciardini Strozzi, in Corso dei Tintori 21.
