Scholarships and Tuition Benefits
A variety of tuition benefits and scholarship opportunities are offered by AUF and through external partnering institutions/organizations.

Scholarship Regulations
Scholarship categories include full and partial scholarships for AA/BA/MA programs. Scholarship application deadlines are three months prior to the start of the academic semester. Further information and the application form can be requested by contacting admissions@auf-florence.org
Regulations
AA-BA scholarship benefits cover tuition only. Housing, living, and extra study expenses (course fees, textbooks, etc.) must be covered by the scholarship holder. MA scholarship benefits cover tuition and housing. MA scholarship winners will act as resident assistants. Scholarships are open only to individual enrollments. Students who enroll through a provider, agency, or affiliated university are not eligible. Each scholarship is designed to start in a specific term. If a student cannot attend for any given reason, the scholarship will be assigned to the second runner-up. Scholarships are not reimbursable for any reason whatsoever. If a scholarship holder should terminate or not complete the term of study for any reason including emergencies, he or she may not recuperate the unfulfilled period at a later date.
Standard Prerequisites
- High school diploma.
- Strong academic standing (GPA of 3.0 – 4.0).
- Study Visa (if applicable) for the entire duration of stay and study in Florence (in order to process the permit of stay request).
The RA scholarship is open students applying to 2-year and 4-year programs. The scholarship recipient will act as a live-in advisor, counselor, administrator, leader, and role model for students living in the university's housing facilities in Florence. The scholarship features a tuition reduction and free room and board throughout the course of study.
Payment plans as a form of financial aid are available to students enrolling in degree programs.
Benefits
With an AUF payment plan, half of the yearly tuition is payable upon enrollment for any degree program. If the student cannot acquire the required documents to study abroad (i.e., visa), the deposit will be reimbursed in full. The second half of tuition is due the first week of program classes. ENDICOTT STAGIAIRE OPPORTUNITY FOR APICIUS CAREER STUDENTS
Endicott College offers a stagiaire program for Apicius hospitality, culinary arts, and baking and pastry career program graduates who wish to complete a bachelor’s degree in Beverly, Massachusetts. Accepted candidates will partake in a part-time stagiaire position on campus and be awarded full US tuition (4-6 semesters), room and board, and monthly stipend to cover personal expenses. Non-US participants who complete their bachelor’s degree at Endicott have the benefit of eligibility for an 18-month academic training visa after the stagiaire contract commitment.
