About A+ Agency:
A+ Agency is a multinational research, development, and TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) agency that focuses on empowering African creative entrepreneurs to succeed globally. We specialised in impact-driven projects within the creative sector, particularly in art, fashion, visual, and performing arts and culinary industries. The Agency believes in the transformative power of the creative industries as a vehicle to drive job creation, self-expression, cultural exchange and sustainability.
Founded in 2018, A+ Agency has emerged as a leader in the TVET education and has partnered with industry leaders, including English Council, to empower nearly 10.000 African entrepreneurs. Our ultimate mission is to empower 100.000 women and youths by the year 2030. The agency follows a people-fist approach, emphasising the importance of empowering our employees and the entrepreneurs we work with to build resilient businesses. We also have an impact-oriented mindset, striving to make a difference and building sustainable livelihoods for the people and communities we work with.

About A+ Culinary Arts Academy:
A+ Culinary Arts Academy, located in the Giant of Africa, Nigeria is a startup Culinary Arts Academy poised to raise competent Chefs of international repute. As a dedicated institution focused on nurturing culinary talent and promoting the art of cooking, we are constantly seeking ways to enhance the quality of education we offer to our students. Our initiative also seeks to reduce the menace created by unemployment in Africa in compliance to sustainable development goals.
One of our primary objectives is to provide our students with the best possible training experience, and for this
purpose, we are always on the lookout for talented and experienced chefs to join our team. We aim to accomplish
this goal by implementing a global standard curriculum and utilizing expert instructors who will employ hands-
on teaching techniques to impart essential skills to students in our state-of-the-art facility.
We have heard exceptional feedback about the graduates of Apicius and AUF, and we believe that their expertise and dedication could greatly benefit our Academy.
We therefore seeking for distinguished alumni who might be interested in pursuing a unique opportunity as chef instructors at our Culinary Arts Academy in Nigeria. We are particularly interested in individuals who are willing to temporarily relocate to Nigeria to share their culinary knowledge and passion with our students.
Criteria:
• Professional Experience: Professional experience in the field of pastry arts and a variety of cuisines.
• Teaching Skills: Ability to effectively convey cooking techniques and cuisines effectively to students.
• Culinary Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of international cuisines, culinary trends and molecular
gastronomy.
• Cake Art Expertise: Exceptional skills in cake decoration and cake artistry.
• Creativity: Innovative and creative approach to cooking, pastry creations and menu development.
• Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to a new cultural and culinary environment in Nigeria.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.

Your mission: Complete your mandatory culinary internship in one of our kitchens alongside our experienced kitchen managers and staff. Doing your internship with Bella & Bona will give you a unique experience of a tech driven kitchen operation and the world of “ghost kitchens”. During your internship you will: Management of kitchen processes Helping in the preparation of dishes Learning how to present dishes. Receiving and storing provisions. Ensure consistent quality by presentation, communication, and initiation Ensure timely preparation of all meals Ensure that the correct quantities are prepared to meet daily needs. Utilize kitchen equipment during food preparation Serve food in the proper portion size and at the proper temperature We are a startup, so beyond the day-to-day kitchen duties, the sky is the limit as to what you can experience during your internship. As long as you are curious, you are welcome to participate and bring forward ideas from menu creation to sales and marketing. Your profile You are currently enrolled in a culinary school or degree and need to complete a 3-6 month mandatory or voluntary culinary internship You speak English, knowledge of German is a strong plus You have already earned your first experience in a kitchen, preferably in a fast-food chain A degree in business, hospitality, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts or food management is a plus Why us?
